Chris Haas, PE, Principal
Director – Technology Consulting Services
With more than 20 years of engineering design and construction experience, Chris Haas has demonstrated a unique ability to conceptualize designs and set budgets at the earliest stage of a project. Clients appreciate his clarity in communications and proactive management style that fosters a high level of cooperation between architects, engineers and contractors.
Chris is the founding member of ETC which was formed in 2012. His design experience includes high rise commercial buildings, corporate campuses, large hospitals and higher education projects. Chris has a BSEE and is a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Texas.
Lisa Rosenow
Director – Energy Code Services
Lisa manages the technical support program for the commercial WA State Energy Code (WSEC) for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) Codes and Standards program. She has been in this role since 2011. Prior to her involvement with the WSEC, Lisa was a mechanical engineering designer for 15 years. Applying this combined experience, Lisa is adept at developing effective educational content, resources and technical tools to promote energy conservation.
She is an instructor and technical advisor, supporting energy code compliance through advocacy and industry education. She is involved with energy code development, having participated as a voting member of the WSEC Technical Advisory Committee for the 2015, 2018 and 2021 WSEC.
Through daily interactions providing technical assistance to a diverse cross-section of the industry, Lisa offers a balanced perspective and insight into industry needs for energy efficiency program stakeholders. Lisa has a BSME and is a certified Sustainable Building Advisor (CSBA).
Jack Frost
Sr. Technology Consultant
With more than 43 years of technical experience, including 24 years of design and construction experience, Jack has demonstrated the ability to design and implement complicated low voltage systems. The majority of Jack’s projects are in the healthcare arena as well as other varied types of facilities.
Clients and Contractors ask to have Jack included in their projects because of his technical problem solving skills and collaborative style that insures clear communications between architects, engineers and contractors. Jack is a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
